General Criteria for Admission
The selection of learners for admission to the school shall be based on an assessment of the following factors (in no particular order):
Whether a complete admission application duly signed by the parents/guardian has been submitted to the school office.
Whether the learner has met the promotion requirements for the grade immediately below the grade to which the admission application relates.
Whether the School is able to meet the educational needs of the learner (including but not limited to any special education needs of the learner).
Any learner who receives a scholarship of any kind that is recognised by the School and that is conditional upon him being in attendance at the School must meet the criteria for admission set out above.

At the Preschool there will be no interviews and admission is on first come first served basis.
All pre-schoolers will be eligible to get admission in the primary school by virtue of being in the Samanvay Prathistan‘s preschool.
Rules
For admission primary and secondary school:
The right to admission into the primary school, is based on the age proof, address proof and details of parents.
Applications to be submitted within the designated period.
The child should be medically fit without any contagious diseases at the time of admission.
Any student, who seeks admission at the pre-primary level, is entitled for admission into the primary classes of the school, provided there are no adverse conditions marked for the child.
Primary classes will start at the age of 6+.
The calendar year is taken as the base for admission age.
Equal access to both genders will be given.
Those kids who come from the schools pre-primary section have direct access to the first standard.
For all outside kids, there will be an entrance test and admission is granted on merit.
The list of vacancies for all classes will be displayed by end of March and entrance tests will be conducted in April-students can apply in person or online also. Intimation about vacancies will be made online.
No recommendation will be acceptable and no capitation fee is also accepted.
It is an offence to provide false information regarding the age of a child.
The School reserves its rights to verify all information and documentation supplied by an applicant for admission and reserves its rights to take legal action against any applicant who intentionally provides false information and documentation.
For admission Senior Secondary
Admissions will be purely based on merit and their passing standards of class 10 from recognized boards
Science and commerce and humanities subjects will be offered with Math as one of the compulsory subjects in the first two cases.
At no point of time the class strength will be increased beyond 40.
Waitlists for all classes will be put online in due course of time and those who come first on the waitlist will be offered seats as and when there comes a vacancy.
